Banana Bread
1/2 c shortening
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
Cream shortening and sugar. Sift in flour, baking soda, salt. Mix in mashed bananas. Pour into greased 8x4 loaf pan.
Bake at 325 for about 1 hour.
