1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
2 eggs/ replacer
1/2 t vanilla
1 c flour
1t baking powder
1/4 t salt
Cream peanut butter and butter. Blend in sugars, egg, vanilla; mix till fluffy. Combine dry ingredients; stir into pb mixture until blended.
Bake in greased 9x9 at 350 for 30-35 min.
