Shepherd's Pie

3/4 c. lentils
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup/sauce (to taste)
4-6 potatoes, mashed
 1 can green beans

Cook lentils; saute with onions.  Add sauce; heat.  Pour into bottom of casserole dish.  Top with mashed potatoes, green beans, and cheese if desired.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.
