Peach Muffins

3 c. flour
1 T cinnamon
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 1/4 c applesauce
3 eggs/replacer
1 1/2 c sugar
2 (15ish oz) cans peaches, chopped or 2 cups peeled, pitted, chopped fresh peaches

Mix dry ingredients, mix wet; combine.  Fold in peaches, fill greased muffin tins.  Bake at 400 for 25 min.
